Challenge
For the UNDO medical technology system from the MMM Group, a highly sensitive cleaning and rinsing process for endoscopy hardware needed to be visually represented in an easily understandable way. This required a particularly high level of medical accuracy and detail.
A key challenge was to make invisible processes inside the machine visible. The film also had to work for several target groups: medical technology, hospital staff, purchasing, and technical staff.
Solution
To create a visual foundation, we accompanied the process with on-site recordings and photographic documentation of actual rinsing and cleaning processes. Based on this, we analyzed the water behavior and flow dynamics inside the machine.
These real-world processes were then translated into a precise 3D animation . A deliberately minimalist environment focused attention clearly on the product and its function. High-quality materials, textures, and realistic lighting ensured an aesthetically pleasing presentation with medical accuracy.
Result
The result was a roughly 90-second animated film that is still actively used on the website, at trade fairs, and in social media, especially on YouTube. This offers the advantage of being able to quickly explain the content to interested parties via a link.
The very high customer satisfaction also made the project the starting point for several follow-up productions.
